A Commercial High End cross trainer created for the most demanding environment, the Certified Pre-Owned CYBEX 630A Total Body Commercial Arc Trainer brings technological innovation to the Art of Fitness Training. The unmatched versatility of the CYBEX Arc series allows the fitness center owner to purchase one unit that will be THE workout of choice for a wide variety of users. A self-powered unit, the CYBEX 630A Arc Trainer can be placed almost anywhere on the gym floor since it does not require a power cord. CYBEX sees beyond today's trends to deliver a new and honest approach to cross-training - the right way to work out. The Arc Trainer series was developed with the correct arc of motion, a user-friendly path that reaches new heights in biomechanics. It delivers a safe, effective workout based on body basics, not fitness fads. The CYBEX Arc Trainer - winner of the Product of the Year award two years in a row - is biomechanically suited to the human body - allowing the user to get better results in less time. The Cybex 630A Total Body Arc Trainer is a true cross trainer. Cross-training in fitness refers to working various parts of the body by combining different exercises in a variety of ways. Typically one activity or sport trains certain parts of the body but not others. Cross-training aims to eliminate this. With the CYBEX Arc Trainer, broad incline and resistance ranges mean that users are really getting 3-4 machines in one. At the lower incline levels, the glide is a cross country skier. In the mid-range levels, the motion is a stride (like an elliptical except with proper positioning). At the high levels, the climb of a stepper or climber. One machine ...the CYBEX Arc Trainer... trains for strength, power, endurance, cardio, and weight loss.Product Features
- Resistance range from 0 to 900 watts accommodates a wide variety of users—for those seeking a very low work rate to dedicated athletes demanding an extreme workout
- Bilateral reciprocal movement of the footplates along an arcuate path offers a natural motion for a relaxed feel at low resistance levels and provides high intensity training at high resistance settings
- Superior biomechanics allow for high intensity training that places high loads on the muscles with less stress on joints
- Four-bar linkage input arms keep the footplates at a constant angle with the floor for reduced stress on the foot and ankle
- Adjustable incline provides variability in the pattern of motion. Low inclines provide a gliding action with modest hip and knee motion while higher inclines provide comparable increases in hip and knee motion
- Uni-welded 11 gauge steel powder coated frame offers extreme durability
- Eddy-current brake resistance allows high power levels at low brake speeds for smooth, quiet operation
- Every moving part has a maintenance-free, permanently lubricated ball bearing

Strong, Cloth-Like Paper Towels
Package Size Name: Super, Size: 81 sheet (Pack of 12)
I picked up the Viva Multi-Surface Cloth paper towels (task size, 12 super rolls), and they’ve quickly become my go-to for everyday cleaning.
The biggest standout is how durable and cloth-like they feel. Unlike thinner paper towels that tear easily, these are thick and strong enough to handle tougher messes without falling apart. I’ve used them for everything from kitchen spills to wiping down counters and even light scrubbing.
The task-size sheets are actually really convenient. You can use a smaller piece for quick cleanups, which helps reduce waste and makes the rolls last longer than expected.
They’re also surprisingly absorbent. One sheet can handle more liquid than I expected, so I don’t find myself grabbing multiple sheets every time. That’s a big plus when you’re cleaning up bigger spills.
Another thing I like is that they hold together well even when wet. You can rinse and reuse them briefly for certain tasks, which isn’t something you can do with most paper towels.
If I had one downside, it’s that they’re a bit more expensive than basic brands. But considering how much you use less per mess, it kind of balances out.
Overall, these are high-quality, reliable paper towels that feel closer to a reusable cloth than disposable paper. Great for anyone who wants something tougher and more efficient for everyday cleaning.

Best Paper Towel
Package Size Name: Super, Size: 81 sheet (Pack of 12)
a typical paper towel. They’re very absorbent, don’t fall apart when wet, and handle large spills with fewer sheets. They do cost more than basic brands, but the performance makes them feel like a small household upgrade. Once you start using them, it’s hard to go back to thinner options.

Not as good as original Viva, but still a great towel and worth the money
Package Size Name: Super, Size: 81 sheet (Pack of 12)
VIVA has been my favorite paper towel for 10 years!! I have been given the name of the paper towel nat** (I do not want to offend anyone). I make you use them only for certain things and use as few as possible. This is due to the price. But with Viva they can be rinsed and used many times, like when wiping countertops. This makes them go far for the money and I have to not be as strict. I thought I would try this new type as it looked like it would be more cost effective. I like them but there are so many less, we are going through them very fast. I will be going back to the original type when these are gone.
I decorate cakes, using both fondant, and buttercream icings. These towels are fantastic for smoothing out the icings. Look up the technique on YouTube. They are the best for this.
I can never be without my Viva but will go back to.the original type.

Delivery on a timely manner
Package Size Name: Super, Size: 81 sheet (Pack of 12)
It’s not as nice as the charming toilet paper I was expecting it to be just as good or or a little at least a little bit charming, but it wasn’t. It’s not harsh, but it’s kind of thin so I really wasn’t happy with that.

Nice paper towels
Package Size Name: Super, Size: 81 sheet (Pack of 12)
I was sad that I must of read this wrong because they were not like the material ones, that you would use for everything. They are durable and do not leave lint on the windows when you use it to clean them. This was a good value for the money even if they were the wrong ones.
