We bought the pocket hose 100’ copperhead expandable garden hose through Amazon from Bulbhead April 2025. We love the fact that it is light, retracts, doesn’t kink and came with a versatile nozzle. We were told there was a 30 day warranty and that our product was no longer covered. I’m not sure what product would break down in 30 days! I was asked if I could be compensated at all and they said no, there are discounts on the website. I will never buy this product through this company again as their customer service is lacking. Nothing was offered as a personal discount for their defective product.
