The removable Rock-a-Bye Bassinet features a canopy and handle; this deluxe bassinet can even turn into a standalone rocker to help your little one relax and sleep. The plush, fabric-lined playard has mesh sides for proper ventilation. Move the foldable playard from place to place with its large wheels, and lock the brakes in place with 1 hand. A carrying bag is included for easy transport or storage.

The author goes step by step addressing the signs (weather, shorter days, etc.) that take us to Dec. 25th. This is a "family tradition book" that you'll want to keep and bring out each year after Thanksgiving. Set this book on the coffee table in the living room so that everyone can enjoy it. It begins with changes of the weather and includes cutting paper snowflakes, hanging colored lights, elves and Santa Claus in stores, looking for a Christmas tree, holiday concerts, making and wrapping gifts, and various other activities. The illustrations are warm and joyful and feature a bi-racial family. AND THEN COMES CHRISTMAS makes a good book to read in mid-November and early December to children.

I will always remember that when I was a child, I read Manners Can be Fun by Munro Leaf with my mother. When I found out that 4 of his books, including Reading Can be Fun, were still available I hunted them down.
