anthurium bvep Kuna PM5 x BVEP RA1 (or sp nov DF) Anthurium SproutsThis cross is the result of pollinating Kuna PM5 first with a small amount of DF pollen, followed shortly after with BVEP RA1 pollen once the plant became more receptive. Because of this timing, I believe most, if not all, of these seedlings are from the Kuna PM5 x BVEP RA1 cross, though there is a possibility that a few may carry sp nov DF influence as well. This cross is the result of pollinating Kuna PM5 first with a small amount of DF pollen, followed shortly after with BVEP RA1 pollen once the plant became more receptive. Because of this timing, I believe most, if not all, of these seedlings are from the Kuna PM5 x BVEP RA1 cross, though there is a possibility that a few may carry sp nov DF influence as well.
Either way, this mix should yield very interesting offspring. BVEP RA1 is known for its strength, form, and bold venation, while Kuna PM5 contributes unique structure and color. The potential combination, with or without DF influence, makes this a particularly exciting batch.
Offered here are healthy sprouts similar to those pictured.
