Once your order is shipped, we will send you an email with the corresponding information. Please allow 1-2 business days for tracking information to be available. Usually, your package will be delivered within 5-7 days. and it will be delayed to within 48-72h during the certain holiday.
- Returns: We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. - A: The inserted shelf is not adjustable.
- Q: Will the planter rust and stain the wood below?
- A: Our planter box has an outdoor baking paint surface that is UV resistant and rust resistant. If the surface paint layer is not damaged, it will not rust or produce rust stains.
- Q: Does this planter box have drainage holes?
- A: Our planter boxes have drainage holes at the bottom and middle partition, and the bottom drainage holes have silicone sealing plugs.
- Q: What material are your planter boxes made of?
- A: Our metal planter is made of high-quality galvanized sheets, and the surface is painted with outdoor special baking paint.
- Q: Can I pour soil directly into the box and plant the plants in it?
- A: There are drainage holes at the bottom of the planter so plants can be planted directly into it. However, the surface temperature of this metal box is very high under direct sunlight in summer, making it unsuitable for some plants.

I Like it...Perfect sunscreen to keep the Sun off me: I Need To Test Outside Durability

I have Southern exposure on my 6th story balcony. For most of the year, the Sun out there is unbearable. I have had another room divider/sunscreen I have outside in all weather conditions for 9 years...and it has held up well and still going (but showing age). Hoping this one will be as durable. I will update my review after some weather conditions have put it through its paces. The divider is quite attractive and lightweight. It is perfect for what I need it for at this time, and is stable in the wind with the anchoring system I have used.

A wonderful partition to block off the room with gifts
