As you might guess from its biological name, the Sacred Fig is considered is considered to have a religious significance in three major religions that originated on the Indian subcontinent, Hinduism, Buddhism and Jainism.. According to the various Vedas, Peepal tree denoted for different things. Like in Rig Veda, it is considered as a God and in Atharva Veda, it is described as the home of all Gods. While in Yajur Veda, it is stated that for every yagya, the peepal tree is very important. Peepal tree is the most valuable tree and it has both spiritual and material benefits.
Germination Guide
- Soak seeds in glass of water for 24 hours
- Prepare a very light well draining compost - ideally 50/50 peat free compost and horticultural sand
- Use a seed tray - ideally with a plastic dome cover
- Ensure compost mix is moist but not wet
- Sow seeds on surface of the compost mix
- Gently press seeds onto surface of compost to ensure good contact
- Sprinkle horticultural sand over seeds but do not completely cover them
- Cover seed tray with dome cover with air vents fully open
- Place in warm light place (20-25c) but out of direct sunlight
- Remove plastic cover every few days and mist surface if drying out
- Seedlings should appear after 3-6 weeks days
- Once large enough to handle, post on ensuring you use a sandy well draining compost.

Great summer shoe for 8 month old.
Amazing fit for summer baby attire. Fits true to size, soft, easy on easy off. The Velcro is tearing up hos car seat though, because some rough surface is exposed.

Unsafe Buckle - Risky for tiny fingers

I at first really liked these sandals, however once my son started learning how to undo the Velcro strap, his fingers began to catch painfully in the decorative buckle. Now I see the sandals as an unsafe option and have subsequently tossed them.

Cute but a little stiff
These are cute and well made. I think the sole is a little too stiff for babies learning how to walk that are used to bare feet. The back of the sandal also slips down sometimes. Overall a decent purchase if you just need something for looks more than function.
