An improved safety feature is the anti-rotation stability leg that limits back and forth movement for maximum head and neck protection. When Beth and Eric finally reached the end, I could actually feel their bittersweet finale. I highly recommend this book because it shares not only useful information if you decide to walk the Camino, but it also shares what Beth describes as a huge part of the experience, the camaraderie of all involved.
