Apply with properly calibrated rotary or drop spreaders to ensure uniform coverage. For best results, apply shortly after mowing and delay mowing again for several days following application. PLEASE REVIEW — FORMULA CHANGED!!!
I wish I would’ve posted a review PRIOR to the formula changing but just know that I LOVED this serum. I’ve struggled with hormonal acne (PCOS) and eczema for as long as I can remember. Finally, last summer my dermatologist put me on (3) different RX including Spironolactone and Accutane. I was so tired so I stopped everything except for CeraVe cleanser, retinol (Tretinoin) and CeraVe healing ointment. My made up skin routine was working until I used too much Tretinoin and burned my face. I had read great reviews about this product so I thought, I might as well try it — and IT WORKED! I’ve been using this product for almost a year and I loved it. However, 3 weeks ago when I ordered it, I noticed the bottle had a green tint. I could tell after one use that the feel of the serum was different, more watery, not as thick as it used to be. The smell was also different. Still, I kept using it for nearly 2 weeks and I experienced 2 breakouts! Sure enough, I stopped the product and within a few days, my skin was back to normal. I am very upset because as someone who has extremely sensitive skin, this worked but unfortunately, the new formula isn’t for me.

Very gentle with a light gloss absolutely worth the cost.
I chew gum around 6hrs a day at work to keep my ears popped and have to wear a facemask (extra moisture) which usually ends up leaving the corners of my mouth raw, red, n looking like a cold sore from drying repeatedly there. This feels so soothing and doesn't cause inflammation or drying like using chapstick repeatedly does. It lasts a fair while and I cannot emphasize how much it helps with both healing and protecting. Feels like it actually ADDS moisture and then seals it in without any waxy residue. If your lips are a problem child, this is a holy grail.

So Much Better than Every Other Lip Balm
It’s a little pricey, but the best lip balm I’ve ever tried. It is lightweight, moisturizes excellently, and keeps my lips soft and comfortable. I used to use Nivea but it was heavy and greasy, and I had to apply it much more often. I’ve also tried La Mer. This is just as good but only a fraction of the price.
I first bought this when I was doing Accutane. If you’ve ever been through that experience, you know your lips are miserable for months on end, and you have to apply lip balm every fifteen minutes. I tried a dozen cheaper lip balms, but finally decided to try this. It is sooo much better. I could go over an hour without feeling uncomfortable.
Even when I’m not doing Accutane, I have very sensitive lips. During the winter I have to apply other lip balms every hour. With this one I only have to apply every four hours. If I forget to bring it with me, I can go all day without my lips feeling too bad.

Lip barrier repair not just protection
I've tried avene, okeefes, aquaphor, and this is my favorite. I use adaplene gel to treat my acne and have increased my use to daily. My skin tolerated it well but my lips became very dry (even trying to avoid adaplene gel from getting on my lips), especially on the lip line. I've been looking for a lip balm that repairs the skin, not just protects it and this is my favorite. I apply it less than the others and it works the best. I like aquaphor but I think it is more protecting instead of repair. When I was searching for a lip balm I used the ordinary barrier support serum which worked but is not as convenient/easy to apply as an actual lip balm.
