Origin: Trachyandra tortilis is native to arid regions of southern Africa, particularly Namibia and South Africa, where it often grows on rocky and sandy soils.
Growth: Trachyandra tortilis is slow growing, forming spiral rosettes of leaves that can reach approximately 15 to 20 cm in height. Its leaves are dark green and twisted, creating a striking visual effect.
Flowers: Produces small white or pinkish flowers on thin flower stalks, but they are rarely visible in indoor cultivation. Flowers appear mainly in winter and early spring.
