Support Their First Meals with a Food-Safe Stokke Tripp Trapp Placemat
Designed in Australia by Brightberry, the original silicone placemat was built specifically for the Stokke Tripp Trapp tray. Trusted by thousands of Australian families.
Some parents love the simplicity of serving food directly on the tray. Others want a cleaner surface and a more secure setup for suction tableware. This placemat does both, and it was designed from the start to work as part of a complete Brightberry feeding system.
Brightberry's Stokke Tripp Trapp Placemat gives you the best of both worlds: a premium, food-safe surface for serving first meals, plus the perfect base for secure suction tableware when paired with our Original Brightberry Suction Sticker.
Why This Placemat Works With Suction — And Others Don't
The Stokke Tripp Trapp tray is textured, which stops suction from forming. The Original Brightberry Suction Sticker solves that by creating a smooth base on the tray.
But here's what most parents don't realise: put a matte or textured placemat on top of the sticker, and you've created the same problem all over again.
That's why we designed this placemat with a smooth, shiny surface, so suction bowls and plates can still form a proper seal, even with the placemat in place. Sticker underneath. Brightberry placemat on top. Suction that actually holds.
No other placemat is designed to work this way.
This is not a generic silicone sheet cut to size. Every dimension, surface finish, and suction zone was tested alongside our bowls, plates, and Suction Sticker by the industrial designer who created them.
Key Features of the Stokke Tripp Trapp Placemat:
❤️ Serve Food Directly: Made from premium Platinum Silicone, safe for direct food contact. Free from microplastics and harmful chemicals. Perfect for baby-led weaning.
❤️ Effortless Clean-Up: Wipe clean, rinse under running water, or pop it in the dishwasher.
❤️ Designed as a System: Works with theOne Suction Bowl and theBase Easy Scooping Plate when paired with the Original Brightberry Suction Sticker. Watch the setup video below.
