Description

pictus pothos Silver Splash Pothos, Scindapsus Pictus ‘Exotica’Scindapsus pictus 'Exotica' is the larger, bolder sibling of the popular Satin Pothos. Where the Satin has small defined silver spots, this variety has sweeping silver washes that cover much of each leaf, creating a shimmering, almost holographic effect when light catches it. It is genuinely one of the most striking trailing plants available. Good for beginners? Yes. Scindapsus Exotica is low maintenance, adaptable, and very forgiving. It looks exotic

Good for beginners? Yes. Scindapsus Exotica is low-maintenance, adaptable, and very forgiving. It looks exotic but is nearly as easy to keep as a standard Pothos.

Safe for cats and dogs? Scindapsus pictus is toxic to pets if ingested. Keep out of reach of cats and dogs, or explore our pet-safe plant collection.

Light needs: Bright indirect light brings out the most vivid silver coverage. It tolerates medium light but the silver variegation becomes less defined. Avoid direct sun and very low light.

Care at a glance: Water when the top inch of soil is dry. Enjoys higher humidity but adapts well to normal home conditions. Feed monthly in spring and summer. Wipe leaves occasionally to keep the silver markings gleaming.

Ships fresh from one of our two greenhouse locations in a nursery pot. Covered by our 30-Day Plant Guarantee — if it arrives damaged, we replace it. Free shipping on orders $149+.

Not exactly Mulla Nasrudin
Format: Paperback
This book is a compilation of funny anecdotes and jokes compiled through the ages. The choice of words and sentence structures clearly shows the difficulty in translating such text. In these regards the book is fine. This book fails mightily when talking about Mulla Nasuraddin. I understand that Mulla at this stage is mostly considered somewhat fictitious figures and stories about him probably have different origins which are attributed over the times to a single person. At the same time, the author has completely take a leap of faith and almost any anecdote even modern ones about trains and machines had been assigned to Mulla. I was really looking for the charm of those old time stories not a general anecdote. In that sense, this books disappointed me.
