Germination
Germinating Psidium cattleyanum seeds can be relatively straightforward. Soak seeds in warm water for 24 hours. Keep the soil consistently moist, but avoid overwatering. Cover the container with a clear plastic lid or plastic wrap to create a humid environment. Place the container in a warm location with indirect sunlight. Psidium cattleyanum seeds typically germinate within a few weeks to a couple of months. Once the seedlings are large enough to handle, transplant them into individual pots or directly into the garden, where they can grow into fruit-bearing plants in suitable tropical or subtropical conditions.
