Growing Instructions

Lilies like cool roots and should be grown in partial or filtered sun. Lilies prefer to be planted in moist yet well draining soil.

Soil preparation: The ideal soil is porous and drains well and yet still holds enough water for the roots. If your soil is heavy clay and drains slowly, or very sandy and does not hold water, add organic soil amendments (peat moss or ground bark). Spread a 3-4" layer of soil amendment, add fertilizer and incorporate together into the soil to a depth of 10".

To plant: Dig a hole 4-6" deep in a full sun to partially shaded area, in a well drained location. Place the lily bulbs pointed ends up and space 4-6" apart. Cover with soil.

Water thoroughly at planting. While actively growing, water frequently and thoroughly so that the water will reach the roots. Mulch to keep the soil cool and to prevent the soil from drying out. Do not allow the roots to dry out.

Mass planting: When planting a large quantity of lily bulbs in one bed, excavate the entire area to 3-6" deep, work fertilizer into the bottom of the trench, set out the bulbs and then cover the bulbs all at once.

Apply fertilizer before and after flowering. Cover with frost protective material during the winter months.

Care Tip

Plant lilies as soon as possible after you purchase them. If you must wait, your lily bulbs should be refrigerated to slow their growth.

When cutting the flowers for bouquets, remove no more than one-third of the stem so that enough leaves remain to renew the bulb for the coming year.

¿Snake oil? At least it worked for me

Very cheap compared to buying it locally, here in my country. Used the Ceratec with the Leuchtlauf High Tech oil. 143K miles on my 2.5 mk6 Jetta. It started to make some tappet/lifters noise, very minimal but it was there. As soon as I started the engine, and about 30 minutes in , I could clearly hear the difference. How I heard the difference? With the hood closed now I can barely hear the engine, unless I put my ear close to the grille. Now I only hear the working injectors. Totally recommended. Can’t speak about gas consumption, I’ll have to drive 500-1000 miles to speak confidently. Recommended for giving older engines a longer lifespan. Update: After 15 days or so, and about 150-200miles later, I noticed my Jetta’s engine feels lighter and smoother. No placebo effect, it’s just there. Since I bought two Ceratec bottles, I used the second bottle on a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport with the Mivec 2.0 engine. These engines are quite noisy, specially the injection noises, and I had a very concerning lifters ticking. I did my oil change yesterday, and today the ticking is gone, all I did was use Liquimolys engine flush, Valvoline oil and the Ceratec. I’ll post an update if I get better fuel economy and smoothness on my Mitsu.

Durable and well fitting
Durable and well fitting. I drive a Honda Accord 2014 and when the under engine covers started falling off I used these to replace the ones that came off. They work well and the prying tool made replacing the retainers easier.

This product has many different sizes making it easy to fit clips in other parts of the car.
I was working on my grandson Honda. It was missing the plastic clips to hold the fender liners in place. This worked great and helped hold the fender in place. I used the puller tool many times on other plastic parts on the car.
