Patient heal yourself
Format: Kindle
I felt this book is a strong path towards healing your body via energy centers in your body. I read this book twice because there was so much good information to get out of it. I am currently applying it to some of my own health issues. It is very organized. Explaining the theory behind the Energy Code. Then it explains the process of the body and how they align with your energy centers your Chakras. Then it goes through techniques and suggestions finally it gives you a catalog of ailments and how to apply the Energy Code.
I highly recommend this book. The authors have done truly loving and endearing work with this book. It will be with me always.

I’ve been trained in Reiki and am certified in breathwork, which drew me to this book. The connection the author makes between suppressed emotions, nervous system dysregulation, and physical symptoms is impressive. In my own work with energy and breath, I’ve seen firsthand how unresolved experiences become stored in the body. This book explains why that happens. The explanation of energetic blockages and the chakra system are accurate and explained well. There is an emphasis on safety and nervous system support, which is essential in breathwork and trauma-informed healing.
