Grow towering, show-stopping blooms with Mammoth Sunflower Seeds, a classic heirloom non-GMO variety that combines ornamental beauty with practical harvest value. These single-stem giants reach 10–12 feet tall, producing massive golden-yellow flower heads up to 12 inches wide—a true centerpiece in any garden.

Beautiful and Productive Giants:

  • Grows 10–12 ft tall with strong, sturdy stalks.
  • Produces large flower heads packed with hundreds of oil-rich, edible seeds.
  • Ideal for roasting, snacking, bird feed, or seed saving for next season.
  • Excellent for pollinator support, wildlife feeding, or use as a natural privacy screen.

Why Gardeners Love Mammoth Sunflowers:

  • Classic Giant Variety – A traditional favorite for its height, size, and yield.
  • High-Yield Seed Harvest – Produces plump, nutritious seeds for humans and wildlife alike.
  • Bold Garden Focal Point – Bright golden blooms command attention in borders or homestead gardens.
  • Easy & Reliable Growth – Thrives in full sun and well-drained soil across USDA Zones 3–11.
  • Drought Tolerant – Strong, deep roots make it a resilient choice for summer heat.

How to Grow Mammoth Sunflowers:

  • When to Plant: Sow seeds directly outdoors after the last frost when soil has warmed to 60°F (16°C) or higher.
  • Soil & Sun: Prefers well-drained soil and full sun; amend with compost for best growth.
  • Spacing: Allow 18–24 inches between plants to give stalks room to grow tall and strong.
  • Watering: Water deeply once or twice a week to promote deep root systems.
  • Bloom & Harvest: Expect blooms mid-summer, with seed heads maturing late summer through early fall.

Harvest & Use:
After petals fade, let heads dry naturally on the stalk until seeds loosen easily. Harvest and roast seeds for snacking, save for next year’s planting, or leave them out for birds and pollinators to enjoy. With its towering presence and generous yield, Mammoth Sunflower is a must-have for gardeners seeking both impact and sustainability.

Worth the money
Size: Medium (Pack of 2), Color: Assorted
I've had several sizes of Chuck-It ball launchers for years but had resisted buying the balls to go with them because I had about 50 tennis balls already that cost only pennies apiece and these were quite a bit more expensive. But, I got tired of the dogs chewing up the tennis balls. I'd start a ball throwing session with a brand new ball and for the first few throws it would sail through the air and the dogs would have to work to retrieve it. However on the way back, their jaws would work it, chomp-chomp-chomp. And when they returned to me, they'd want to stand there and chomp some more, despite my command to "Drop it!" Within 30 minutes, the brand new ball would have a hole in it and then instead of sailing several football fields through the air, then bouncing over a couple of trees, I'd throw it and it would piddle unenthusiastically to the end of the driveway before falling to the ground with a sulky thud, not even bothering to bounce. So - I finally grew tired of going through a ball every time I play with the dogs - which is everyday - and ordered these chuck-it balls. They are the same size as a tennis ball but made of a rubber-like material (not silicone) and after several months of use, have no wear and tear on them at all. The dogs can exercise their gums on them all the way back to me - throw after throw - and the ball still flies the same distance each time, and bounces satisfyingly upon contact with the ground. The description says "colors may vary" but the first packet I ordered were blue and orange as pictured. Unfortunately my dog lost the orange one the first time we used it. She got thirsty and ran down to our pond for a drink, dropped the ball in the pond and it hasn't been seen since. It is dense enough it doesn't float as a tennis ball might, and by now is probably so covered in mud and slime that I wouldn't recognize it if I tripped over it. Lesson learned: we don't throw the ball in the pond pasture any more. After losing the orange ball, I ordered a second packet of the balls so that I would always have a spare. The second packet is also blue and orange. So while colors may vary, in my experience so far, they haven't (which doesn't matter to me or the dogs).

Super Chewer Friendly!!
Size: Large (Pack of 1), Color: Multi
This ball is perfect for the super Chewer!! It is squishy and durable rubber that stands up to the aggressive chewer. It does not squeak. It has great bounce and is a great toy for fetch. Very cute to watching my pup bring the ball back for another throw. The rubber doesn't stick or have an average powering smell. It smells just like a rubber ball. It is highly functional for a great game of fetch! Highly recommend and very happy with our purchase. It is well worth the price. We will be ordering more.

so elegant but best for softer foods
Color: Gold, Color: Gold
I am impressed with this gold silverware. I was surprised because they are very light, but they are also elegant. The handles are a little longer than the usual plasticware, so holding them, using them to eat, made me feel like the meal was elevated. These would be perfect at a garden party, a brunch, a fancy picnic. I love that there are equal numbers of knives, forks, and spoons, and they would look beautiful at place settings, or just tossed into glasses for people to grab what they need. My one misgiving about recommending these for any occasion is the knife. It’s just not sharp, and like the other pieces, it is lightweight. It’s great for spreading butter onto a roll and could cut through soft foods like pasta or cake. But any attempt to cut through a piece of meat or a starchy vegetable that’s just lightly cooked will result in the knife snapping in half. But if you’re serving relatively soft foods (brunch would be perfect!), then this is an elegant, easy solution to feed a lot of people while keeping cleanup to a minimum.
