Asplenium nidus ‘Crispy Wave’ is a fresh, architectural fern with glossy apple-green fronds that ripple and curl like waves. Its upright, fountain-like growth makes it a striking statement piece, while also being one of the easier ferns to keep happy indoors. Air-purifying, pet-friendly, and endlessly lush – it’s a must-have for fern lovers.

Plant Care 

Light: Medium to bright indirect light but also tolerant of low-light plant.

Watering: Water when the top inch of soil is dry. Don't water into the middle of this plant, but rather around and directly into the soil. 

Temperature: If you are comfy, this plant is too! 13 to 27°C is ideal.

Potting: A well-draining moisture retaining mix is a good bet for this plant. Our Thirst Trap mix is a great choice. 

Hot tips: This plant is fine with average humidity but will thrive with higher humidity.

Game changer!!
This stuff is amazing! I bought it because there was somewhat of a trend online saying glycolic acid is great for girls with sensitive skin. I’m inclined to agree because I have very dry, sensitive skin and this product works very well on my face and my legs (post shave). This is meant to lightly exfoliate the skin, so if you’ve just shaved your face or skin, a day later, this is great to put on to help prevent any irritation. Also, this is good for dry skin! When I have some dry patches on my face, I buff the dead skin off very gently but thoroughly. Then I use this toner to help prevent it from coming back. I was skeptical this would work because my skin is so extremely dry sometimes, but it really works! It was perfect for doing my makeup with. I use it every once in a while if I need any extra exfoliating. Do bear in mind, though, it smells really bad. I think it’s the witch hazel or something, but the product by itself smells quite gross. Definitely put lotion on a few minutes after it absorbs into the skin. This is a great product and I’m very happy with it. 10/10 when used wisely.

I am NOT saying this is a "dupe" or that they are the same in any way because they definitely have different ingredient profiles... so don't come for me... But what I will say is that if you like the first aid beauty radiance pads but don't like the price tag then this may be a cheaper option for you. This is my second bottle of this toner and 3rd tub of pads and for me personally they perform the same. The Thayers is a little stronger of an exfoliant so if you have sensitive or dry skin do a patch test to see how your skin handles it. I use it in the morning after I wash my face. It gives my skin a nice glow, removes dead skin and anything left over after washing my face and just like the radiance pads helps my makeup lay so much better. I have cotton tissues that are smooth on 1 side and textured on the other that I use instead of cotton rounds. I pair it with the Thayers milky toner, maybe some other hydrating toners, a serum, a gel moisturizer and always SPF and even without makeup my skin looks amazing and healthy all day. This is also a 12oz bottle and lasts a long time because you don't need to use a lot for it to do it's job.
