• If you forgot to include a heat pack with your original order, you may place a separate order for it. The shipping fee for the additional order will be fully refunded if the total shipping cost remains the same after adding the heat pack. • Seedling size can vary by hybrid, even at the same growth phase or leaf count.
• Each seedling may vary slightly in appearance as it grows, due to natural genetic variation inherited from its two parent plants.
• The seedlings may show some fading on their leaf or leaves due to condensation and high humidity in their growing environment. Otherwise, they are healthy and in good condition.
