We guarantee parts will be new and functional upon arrival, but we cannot provide any warranty service after usage. The original manufacturers warranty will not be valid in most cases.
SHIPPING TERMS
We ship to all major countries as the mail system allows.Our US mailing is done with USPS, UPS, Fedex, or Asendia USA at our discretion.
We do our best to ship same day or within 24 hours of cleared payment.
We do NOT ship on weekends or US holidays. If we have trouble meeting our time commitment, we will contact you to work out an arrangement.
INTERNATIONAL
We ship worldwide using a USPS Postal partner for our international shipments. International orders are delivered to buyer country by airmail then transferred for delivery via local post. There WILL BE a tax/duty & handling fee if duty or VAT is warranted by your country. Every country charges differently so Jennys RC is not able to provide tax estimates.NO TRACKING may be provided for INTERNATIONAL packages shipped with Standard International Shipping service, only a shipping confirmation. If you desire tracking and/or quicker service, please select our expedited shipping service.
International shipping times vary depending on country of destination, customs processing and clearance. Shipping times vary 2-6 weeks under normal conditions but can be affected by regional disruptions due to weather, holidays, labor disputes and seasonal loads.
We will not falsify customs forms. You the buyer are also responsible for any duties or tariffs your country along with any associated collection fees. Your package will have the purchase price on the custom form, NO EXCEPTIONS.
RETURNS POLICY

Great indoors and out.

This is a great toy if your dog likes balls. While it's not my dog's favorite (he favors small squeaky animals) it is safe indoors, soft on floor, walls and furniture and something durable for fetching.

Gave my dog an allergic reaction

I have one that has lasted 2 years of hard play, very durable. However, this newest one in the teal color gave my dog an allergic reaction. Her face and eyes swelled up within 1/2 of playing with it. So I threw it out. I have had no issues with the green one that I bought yesterday ago.

The best gift for new dog owners

This has been my mom's go-to toy to gift to friends and family when they get a new dog. I just followed suit and bought one as a gift for my friend's Newfoundland puppy.
Versatile, can be used as a ball or tug of war toy, and can buy a bigger size for a puppy to grow into because they can still grab it by the holes, unlike other balls and toys that are just too big to get their mouth around

Heavy chewer approved.
Style: Ball, Size: Medium (Pack of 1)
My pomsky will destroy a toy in minutes. Ropes, and the "indestructible" nylon type stuffs are no match for my furry shark. This ball has stood up to him like David. He loves the crunch and it is so much more tolerable than a squeaker. These will be a staple in his toy box - Chuckit toys are really the most durable dog toys I have found in three years.
