I didnโt know I could truly love a protein powderโฆ

The flavor and consistency are unmatched and it was actually easy to digest which is something Iโve never experienced, and is crazy for me bc I have serious issues with whey causing bloating and had actually given up on it completely. 100/10 would recommend JUST bc itโs delicious, the fact that itโs such high quality at a reasonable price is just the cherry on top.
I ordered the vanilla to try first and just mixed with cold water using a frother/whisk thing just to get a gauge of taste and consistency and I would actually drink it that way, which I never ever imagined doing with protein lol- later I added it to a smoothie and it was also delicious, almost could not taste it over blueberries but the subtle and delicious vanilla flavor was there.

Sublingual works well for melatonin!
Size: 60 Count (Pack of 1), Style: Melatonin 5mg
Sublingual seems to be the way to go with melatonin. It works well for me. Itโs great this company offers a variety of doses. I was doing 10mg but I learned it might not good to stay on that high a dose for an extended period of time. So I switched to 5mg and it still works well.
