About the Fit: Cup size is customizable up to 40DD if selecting 'custom measurement service.' Skirt length measures approximately 20" from natural waistline. If desired, skirt length can be customized (to accommodate different heights) within a 3" range complimentary, if selecting 'custom measurement service' as the size option. A soft cashmere which is ribbed. However it is advertised as a Mens hat but size is very small for a man. Would be a better fit for a petite woman. Looks here like it has a turn up ribbing at bottom, but it does not.
