Because of the handmade nature of each item, returns/exchanges are not accepted due to wrong color, length, lace or style choice for your dress. Please confirm your lace, length, style choice and veil color BEFORE placing your wedding veil. Or message me for help deciding on the perfect color.

Alterations can be made to most veils for a small fee.
**No refunds or price adjustments on veils that go on sale after shipment/delivery of your veil. Meaning, once your veil has left my shop and you see the same item has had a price adjustment in my shop, your payment amount cannot be adjusted. All prices are final at the time of your checkout.
No returns accepted on multiple veil order, rush orders, custom orders, or veils with rhinestones/pearls added.
