Victor Costa launched his label in 1974 and was known for producing versions of what was seen on the Paris runways and elsewhere. This dress for example is clearly a direct inspiration of a classic Mexican wedding dress. Costa chose good fabrics for his designs and even though his work was often very close interpretations of other designs he did add his own unique twist when it came to colours, cut and fabrics.

Where a Mexican pin tuck and lace dress is entirely made by hand these versions by Victor Costa are obviously a machine made interpretation. They are still very cute dresses. This one is made out of a light linen finish feel cotton in a soft creamy ivory colour. The fabric has this suggestion of a pleat in it that has softened with time and runs over the entire dress. This gives the fabric a slight texture that is very pretty and is a nod to the original pin-tucking that the original dresses had. Bands of a crocheted lace are worked into the design to highlight the cut of the bodice. More of that lace circles around the skirt at each tier as it widens out to the hem. The bodice is cut to skim over you and scoops into a squared off neckline at the front and a V at the back. The waist is set a little high and has a wide band of the crochet there. The the skirt falls under that with each tier widening out as it nears the hem. Those amazing bell sleeves are the perfect final touch and make the entire dress. I have styled them so you can see them at their maximum dimensions but of course they will sit a touch flatter as you move and wear the piece. The lace insets on them allow for the faintest glimpse of skin through where it sits on the arm. It is an easy to wear and very pretty summer dress that you will wear endlessly. Excellent condition

Fully lined in a light cotton mix through the bodice and skirt. The sleeves are unlined. It closes with a back zipper.

Must have in modern high compression GDI engines!

So bought this for my new Mazda 3 Turbos' first oil change. I was originally going to use Liqui Moly MoS2, due to the OE Mazda oil using a very high Moly PPM (800ish) formula and not having easy access to a similarly formulated oil. After doing some more reading i decided to use Ceratec instead, mostly because it doesn't make the oil look super dark (for warranty purposes, If for some reason i do have a problem with the engin i don't want the dealer saying I just didn't change my oil). So initial results are awesome, the valve noise is pretty much gone. And the engin just feels smoother, and sounds like is not even trying when reving it out. With that success I bought another one for my girlfriends non turbo CX30 when i changed her oil. Her engine has always been just a little noisier than my old non turbo mazda 3, and my new Turbo model. I've used the same oil in both (Pennzoil Ultra Platinum 0w20 or 5w30 in the turbo). It had the normal lifter noise, but it always sounded raspy when accelerating hard, like it was really at the edge when floored. So as a before and after test I changed the oil fist with NO Ceratec, engin sounded happier, ran a little smoother, but basically the same as before, Normal stuff after an oil change. So I added the Ceratec, literally you could hear the lifter noise melt away as it mixed with the oil, I was in my garage so the effect was even more stark. The engine also idled smoother, to the point if you were in the car, you wouldn't know it was on without the engine RPM readout. So i took it for a test drive down the road and stepped on it after getting it up to Temp. The raspiness was completely gone, it sounded like it was happy as a clam reving right up to redline. This wasn't a "i think it might be better" differance, it was a night and day difference, a wow that impressive difference. As for fuel consumption reduction claims, i don't know yet, from what i read you need to dive it 300-400 miles to get a valid result. I only have 150ish on mine and 75 on hers. First impressions were really positive, highly recommend to anyone wanting to keep a car for a really long time. Only downside is the price, this stuff is really expensive... but i look at it like this, $600 over the life if the vehicle if you keep it to 150K miles, with 6k oil change intervals is pretty cheap insurance. compared to an engine rebuild.

¿Snake oil? At least it worked for me

Very cheap compared to buying it locally, here in my country. Used the Ceratec with the Leuchtlauf High Tech oil. 143K miles on my 2.5 mk6 Jetta. It started to make some tappet/lifters noise, very minimal but it was there. As soon as I started the engine, and about 30 minutes in , I could clearly hear the difference. How I heard the difference? With the hood closed now I can barely hear the engine, unless I put my ear close to the grille. Now I only hear the working injectors. Totally recommended. Can’t speak about gas consumption, I’ll have to drive 500-1000 miles to speak confidently. Recommended for giving older engines a longer lifespan. Update: After 15 days or so, and about 150-200miles later, I noticed my Jetta’s engine feels lighter and smoother. No placebo effect, it’s just there. Since I bought two Ceratec bottles, I used the second bottle on a Mitsubishi Outlander Sport with the Mivec 2.0 engine. These engines are quite noisy, specially the injection noises, and I had a very concerning lifters ticking. I did my oil change yesterday, and today the ticking is gone, all I did was use Liquimolys engine flush, Valvoline oil and the Ceratec. I’ll post an update if I get better fuel economy and smoothness on my Mitsu.

Durable and well fitting
Durable and well fitting. I drive a Honda Accord 2014 and when the under engine covers started falling off I used these to replace the ones that came off. They work well and the prying tool made replacing the retainers easier.
