The beautiful PS24028 is a bubble mini dress by Portia and Scarlett's fall collection! We love this dress for Homecoming and formal events! The top of the dress features thin straps and plunging neckline with wide belt. The bodice is made of thick satin fabric. The skirt falls into a sequin and pearl pleated bubble skirt. These are big good quality smoked oysters. The smoke flavor was too strong for me and they were not one bit spicy even with a pepper in the can which wasn't even mild eaten by itself. They are also pricey compared to other brands which I like better after the comparison. If you like spicy get another brand that costs less like chicken of the sea and add your favorite hot sauce like sriracha or tabasco etc to get your spice flavor and heat level
