Attached to the neckline is a lovely sparkly capelet with scalloped finish, it’s made with pink mesh fabric showcasing printed holographic sequins. Elegant long sleeves are finished to a point. The skirt has a nice rich gathering of pink tulle finished with a ruffle made with the same holographic print as the capelet. The back of this dress has a Velcro closure and the elasticized waistband with a smocked waist (extra fabric gathering) provides even more comfort and size flexibility. Machine washable!     Most Amazon basics items are of decent quality and this is no exception. Amazon quickly replaced the item with a new bottle no charge and didn't expect me to return the damaged bottle of course. Thing is the second box came in the same condition. Looked like the punter for the Ravens drop kicked it from the 30 into the back of the truck. Luckily the bottle was undamaged this time.
