It's embroidered all over with sequins in a squiggling formation. The paillettes are of such a great quality (nothing like the cheap sequins that are so commonplace in modern garments). A small slit in the back back makes it easy to move. Measurements: Works best for a size X-Small or Small. Note that it's definitely meant to be fitted and "suck you in," in that very "wiggle dress" sort of way.
