That’s stopped, her teeth and gums look healthier, and she carries it around with or without the inserts. She loves it. The con: the bristles come apart after aggressive chewing. She swallowed some and I caught the other side coming off. So whenever I see this on sale, I buy several new ones. I don’t try to make it last and I check it often for damage.
