In 2020, STRIPT CEO Ari Davis—a proud double alumna of Howard University—launched STRIPT to fill a gap in womenswear essentials. What began as a line of bodysuits quickly grew into a movement celebrating inclusivity, sustainability, and Black excellence.

One thing is that the double sides aren't bonded together so it's like having two blankets sewed together but it's not so unruly, for me, that it becomes unruly. I've had double sided throws that weren't bonded that were much heavier than this one and was hard to maneuver, fold up and such as the sides were not bonded together. Anyway, adequate thickness and super soft. Not super heavy, not too lightweight...a goldilocks weight.
