The Blackwood Boot is a tall knee-high boot built for the woman who moves between worlds, boardroom, cobblestone, and open air, without breaking stride. Crafted entirely in all-black Serraje, a supple, matte split leather with a velvety finish rooted in Spanish and Latin American footwear tradition, it delivers understated luxury through texture rather than shine. The knee-high shaft rises cleanly from a chunky lug sole, grounding the silhouette with an urban edge. A tonal inner zip with Zipper Testa hardware and a black elastic side gusset ensure a precise, comfortable fit, while the smooth black lining finishes the interior with quiet refinement. Monochromatic and purposeful, the Blackwood is designed to be worn for years, not just seasons.
About Serraje
What is Serraje leather?
- Derived from the split (inner) layer of the hide, with the flesh side buffed to create a soft, velvety nap
- Suede-like texture with a rustic, natural appearance and a matte finish that is soft to the touch
- Provides excellent comfort and breathability, though less resistant to water and stains than full-grain leather
- Widely used in footwear, handbags, and accessories, particularly in Spanish and Latin American manufacturing
