Please note that our Ethel dress is made from high quality woven cotton fabric (instead of a knit) in order to achieve the crisp apron pinafore design. This is not a jersey knit, and therefore this garment is not stretchy. However, as always, the materials chosen are incredibly soft, made with a fully lined cotton slip.
To keep your pinafore looking its best, we recommend gentle machine washing on a cool, delicate cycle or hand washing with a mild detergent. Wash dark colors separately, and refrain from tumble drying — instead, hang to dry and cool iron if needed. Crafted from breathable 70% cotton and 30% linen with a 100% cotton lining for soft, comfortable wear.
