The perfect sustainable summer outfit, Judy is a gorgeous square neck dress made in cotton seersucker that is both comfortable and super flattering. Designed by over 15,000 of our customers, Judy combines a classic shape with some rather special details, setting this dress apart from anything available on the high street for a similar price.

Made in a fresh green gingham cotton seersucker fabric with a square necked bodice and floaty fully lined tiered skirt, Judy looks beautifully relaxed - but there are a lot of little details elevating this gorgeous dress. Firstly, the side zipper combined with the shirred elastic panel on the back of the bodice ensures a perfect fit for all. The short, puffed sleeves deliver a real summery elegance - and to ensure the look isn’t spoiled by the appearance of a bra strap, the top of the shoulders has a specially designed anti-slip silicone patch that holds bra straps in place and stops the dress falling off your shoulders. 

It’s these little added details that give this dress a really polished, yet relaxed feel. Fully lined through the skirt to ensure that premium feel - and yes, of course there are two sizeable pockets! Coming in at a midi length, Judy is a beautiful option for all heights.

I wanted to educate myself on some of the issues that are presented in this book. If you're looking for just factual case-law and supreme court decisions this is not the book you're looking for. This book presents the cases in a story and gives a lot of detail about what went on in the lives of the people involved in these lawsuits outside of the courtroom. The only thing that I wish would have been talked about in greater detail would be a more in-depth look at the opinions and reasons from the justices that were not voting in favor of the plaintiffs.

Thankfully, women no longer have to pay more for retirement plans, and get lower payouts, than men. Amazing how many different, inventive the ways were in the 1960's to keep women out of jobs. Bless Title VII and the attorneys and clients who fought these battles; we stand on their shoulders. The saddest part is the update, at the end of the book showing how protections against gender discrimination in the workplace have weakened in recent years. In particular, it has become difficult, or nearly impossible, to prove that a hostile work environment exists so long as employers pay lip service to certain ideas and practices and hide what's really going on--which we working women KNOW still goes on, unfortunately.
