This dress has pink ruffle edged puffed sleeves and heart shaped functional pockets, all for that little extra embellishment.
This dress is fully lined dress, with a three layer tutu petticoat for extra flare. Dress comes with tie backs to always get the desired fit.
Sizing can run slightly small on this item.
