I’ve always added around 20oz to my intra-workout aminos with no problem but this one will get watered down. I adjusted and it’s been good. I’m also used to awful tasting soups and just powering through worse and this flavor is better than stuff I took up till the last few years. Newer people to using supplements might not like the flavor at all but trust me all workout supplements used to be awful. My recovery & muscle growth/lift gains have remained the same to the other products I’ve used with more mystery ingredients so there was no drop off there. I’m okay with taking a step back on taste and variety rather than putting mystery crap in my body from lesser regulated big companies. Product quality wins this for me & I’ve heard from multiple non-Thorne associated experts that vouched for Thrones testing.
