Our beautiful “Birthday Party" petal length dress is full of whimsy. This gorgeous dress features a beautiful sequin silhouette and rainbow ombre tulle skirting. Any little one will fall in love with this sweet dress. 

We have added a very flexible back which features shoulder ties which add to the ease of size adjustment and a full elastic back- which lends to her ease of size adjustment as well. Typically with our elastic back you can add an additional 1-3 inches of room into this dress. Her skirting features yards of bridal soft tulle. We have added a built in petticoat for added pouf. The skirting is fully lined so not itchy feeling against the skin. This sweet dress is perfect for twirling!

It rubs in easily and settles in the skin nicely. I’ve tried others that are too thick, or leave like a sticky after feel, which this doesn’t. Glad I tried this out! I look forward to seeing if it slows the regrowth or not. May come back & update.
