I found this book incredibly powerful. A clear, courageous guide to living unbound. An invitation to drop inherited scripts based on adopted norms - think of guilt, grind, respectability - and instead find a path to peace, integrity, and self-trust. I'm a big fan of The Artist’s Way, which helped me unlock creative flow, and How to be Free channels that same liberating energy into life as a whole: how we love, work, heal, and show up every day.
