The fabric itself is a masterpiece; the softest semi-sheer leaf motif devore silk velvet is the prettiest emerald green color. The sleeveless bodice has a stunning low-cut weighted plunge to keep the neckline perfectly in place. The matching cropped flutter-sleeve bolero clips in place and looks sensational with movement. The flattering nipped waist falls into a dramatic full-length hourglass bias-cut. The piece work to create this garment with the softest silk-velvet is extraordinary.
