Some important to say before your order:
We are a legitimate company. laylatailorshop.com is our ONLY official website. Our ONLY customer service email box is [email protected]. Please beware of scam websites that copy our products and offer very low prices with our products' title code "LTP".
All our products are handmade. A confirmation email will be sent to you within 48 hours of placing your order. We recommend providing your measurements accordingly to avoid receiving a dress that is not the right size. If you need custom color, you can also tell according to that email.
When placing your order, we offer THREE shipping options, each with its own delivery method and timeframe. The time mentioned is the total production and delivery time. Please select the shipping method that best suits your availability. If you chose the wrong shipping way, do not worry. You can contact our customer service for paying the price difference.
The handcrafting time depends on the complexity of the dress. Simple designs are quick to be made, while complex designs with extensive beading may take longer. To save time, please purchase your dress in advance. If you are in a rush, please let our customer service know that, they will write a note and urge the tailors for you in time.
If you are not satisfied with the product after receiving it, please contact our customer service for assistance. We strictly prohibit customers from maliciously leaving negative reviews or filing credit card complaints to request refunds after receiving a dress. Such behavior will result in a blacklist and future purchases will be discontinued.
Wish every customer can shine on the important day with fun & love.❤
