My pictures were done in different lighting because of needing to be in front of the mirror, but color is accurate on web. I like having the hood, which will be good for outdoor travel / walking in sometimes rainy weather, and hood looks good down (not too bulky). Zippers seem good quality, and I like zippered pockets, plus there's internal pockets (not zippered) if you desire, and an included stash back for compact packing into my day pack. Sleeve cuffs and right size and nice. Note, that there is no bottom waistline drawstring adjustment, but I don't need such because it fits me great and I wanted something more city and less outdoorsy. Really like this jacket for my need, outer layer for city type travel while staying warm and looking good.
