Frequently Asked Questions
The Roma fits true to size. If you have a smaller bust, consider sizing down for a better fit through the bodice. The bias-cut skirt drapes loosely, so the fit is more relaxed from the hip down.
The Roma has a centre back zip and halterneck design, making it well suited to a strapless bra. Stick-on bras and nipple covers also work well. The halterneck provides its own support across the front, so many customers find they don't need additional support at all.
The Roma features long crossover neck ties that can be styled in a bow or a simple knot at the nape of the neck. Both looks work beautifully — a bow gives a softer, more romantic feel; a knot is cleaner and more minimal. It's a great way for bridesmaids to put their own stamp on the dress.
The Roma is a full-length maxi dress, approximately 114cm from waist to hem at its longest point. It can be shortened by a seamstress if needed — alteration guidance is available here.
Yes — champagne is one of the most universally flattering shades for bridesmaids. Its warm, luminous quality works beautifully across cool, warm, and neutral skin tones alike. It photographs particularly well in natural light, where the satin picks up a gentle glow without being harsh or bridal-white.
No — champagne and white sit beautifully together. The warm, golden tone of champagne is distinct enough from bridal white and ivory that there's no risk of clashing or the bridesmaids competing with the bride. It's one of the most elegant and timeless combinations in wedding photography.
Yes — we strongly recommend ordering a Champagne Satin fabric swatch before committing to a full bridal party order. Swatches are free — you just pay £1.50 postage. Champagne, ivory, and nude shades are the most screen-variable colours we stock, so a swatch takes the guesswork out completely.
The Roma is made from a silky satin — 97% polyester, 3% elastane. It has a beautiful drape and fluid movement, particularly in the skirt, and photographs elegantly in both natural and artificial light.
Yes, the Roma is available in sizes 10–22 including UK plus sizes 20 and 22. Please note sizes 8 and 20 are currently sold out — check back for restocks.
The Roma's halterneck silhouette works beautifully for elegant, romantic, and modern wedding aesthetics. In champagne, it suits classic, minimalist, rustic, and destination wedding themes. It pairs particularly well with gold accessories, ivory florals, and warm neutral palettes.
Absolutely. The Roma is designed to mix and match with other Rewritten champagne styles. Mixing silhouettes — pairing the Roma's halterneck with a strappy style like the Amelia, for example — is a great way to suit different bridesmaids' body types and preferences, and it photographs really well.
Wash at 30 degrees with similar colours, or dry clean. Use a hand steamer to remove creases — do not iron directly on the satin. Please note that slight colour variations can occur between dresses due to the dyeing process, so ordering all dresses at the same time from the same batch is recommended for group orders.
Not sure about the colour? Order a Champagne Satin fabric swatch — swatches are free, you just pay £1.50 postage. Especially worth doing for this shade, where screen colour accuracy varies more than almost any other.

She loves it, so that makes it a five star purchase. It’s super cozy soft. Just looking at makes ME want to take a nap 💤 🤭.
Neutral color, large size, and supportive bolster. It looks nice and the material is thick and durable.

For the price it was a winner

One of my pups likes to attack his beds. This is a fine replacement at a decent price. I will say I was thrown for a loop buy the way it comes in the package. Once properly assembled the dogs took to it no problem.

The middle part does not have enough filling. My dog will spin in circles trying to get comfortable and then lay somewhere else.
