To place a custom order, kindly provide us with the following measurements via email.
-Bust: Measure across the fullest part of the breasts when wearing a bra
-Waist: Measure above the navel, below the rib cage
-Hips
-Sleeve length(shoulder to wrist)
-Shoulder to desired length wearing shoes.

When you order samples, specify exactly which colour and which fabric you wish.
Special circumstances, fabric shortages and busier months may also cause delays. Feel free to contact us about when a dress might be expected.
If you have a tight deadline, we may be able to accommodate your delivery needs for an additional charge. Please message us to discuss.

Please allow minimum 2-4 weeks for your dress to be made and 1-3 weeks for international shipping, depending on your location. However, if you need the dress for an event sooner than this please get in touch and we'll let you know if it is possible. We are not responsible for any shipping errors and delays due to the post office or incorrect addresses provided by the buyer.
