A beautiful 1950s short sleeve lace cocktail dress with an empire waist, princess seams and full skirt. There is a bow below the bust and the bodice is decorated with cording and rhinestones. It zips up the back with a plastic zipper. There is stiffener in the hem and a taffeta underskirt. Photographed with a crinoline. 

COLOUR: Cream

MATERIAL: Cotton lace and synthetic backing 

LABEL: None 

CONDITION: A number of stains on the front of the skirt, bodice/shoulder area and the underskirt. The rhinestones are quite tarnished. A small break in the lace on the left sleeve. Some frayed threads here and there. Minor darkening at the hem.  

MEASUREMENTS:

This E&E book really helped with Fed. Courts! Incorporate the public v. private law models/SOP and federalist v. nationalist paradigms which my professor used in the course. This version doesn't have some of the newer cases (TransUnion v. Ramirez). The standing section could have more info but standing is one of the easiest doctrines in fed courts. The Habeas Corpus, particularly the Teague Doctrine and AEDPA, section is excellent. The only big thing this book does not include are universal injunctions and the scope of remedies (outside of standing, anti-injunction act, and section 1983).
