Not only does it take your focus away from just swimming fast because you can't see more than a meter ahead, but you also start to feel pretty stuffy if your goggles start to fog up. How to use the anti-fog spray?
- Two sprays on each lens.
- Move your goggles in circular motions so that the liquid covers both lenses completely.
