The SkyCamp 3.0 Mini roof tent from the famous Korean brand iKamper is the latest generation of hard shell roof tent. It is perfect for the roofs of small vehicles and pick-up beds.

DESIGN

The SkyCamp 3.0 Mini roof tent has been designed with a waterproof 75D ripstop polyester flysheet with an environmentally friendly water-repellent coating. The flysheet is removable allowing you to fully enjoy the landscape when the weather permits.

It also has a waterproof and breathable poly-cotton canvas with a weight of 300g/m2 to allow ventilation of the tent as well as total darkness if you want to take a little nap in the middle of the day or simply have a lie-in. morning.

In order to offer you maximum comfort , the roof tent is equipped with two side windows (one which acts as a front door and a front window ) as well as a Skyview skylight so you can fall asleep in the beautiful star during your nomadic travels.

They are all equipped with mosquito nets, an opaque canvas and a polyester canvas . The windows open easily thanks to the two cords on the sides of each so you can wake up gently. For rainy days , these windows transform into awnings to protect you from wind and rain. You can admire the landscape all around you when you go to bed and when you wake up in complete peace of mind.

Its very comfortable 65mm thick mattress has 9 zones to evenly distribute the weight of your body for optimal comfort. The black hull is very strong and made of double layer of FRP fiberglass. Additionally, it is possible to add a strong and scratch-resistant “Rocky Black” coating . This Line-X/Raptor type coating, applied in spray, protects the hull from external conditions (scratches, sun, projectiles, etc.).

STORAGE

On the extension panel there are clips so you can put your outdoor storage or shoe storage and also two cable grommets to pass your electrical cables from the inside to the outside of the roof tent.

The tent contains storage space on each side of the side windows to store your belongings and be sure not to misplace them.

OPEN CLOSE

With its easy setup , the roof tent opens very simply in 1 minute and allows you to immediately enjoy your new room, wherever you are.

To open it, simply:

• unlock the 2 hooks on each side of the hull using a key,
• undo the 2 hooks on the side of the hull,
• push it up,
• take out the ladder and then install the tensioners and that's it!

When closing, it is possible to leave your sleeping bags or duvets on the mattress. Closing straps will allow you to close the shell simply and easily.

Once the roof tent is folded, the unique shape of the shell and its relatively light weight will not slow down your vehicle or increase its fuel consumption (or very little).

INSTALLATION ON VEHICLE

This roof tent is also very easy to install on the roof of your vehicle. You will need to ensure that the roof bars of your vehicle support a dynamic load of 57kg , and that your roof bars have a spacing of 55cm between them. Once placed on your vehicle, make sure that the fixings of the roof tent are securely attached to the roof bars.

The fixings are compatible with roof bars from 4cm minimum to 12cm maximum in width and 6cm minimum in height . They have rubber protections to protect your roof bars.

The SkyCamp 3.0 Mini rooftop tent comes with:
