Whether you’re climbing techy singletrack or bombing steep descents, this fully integrated system offers smooth power transfer, pinpoint gear changes, and bombproof construction across every component.
At the heart of the kit is the RD-M8250 wireless rear derailleur, featuring automatic impact recovery, extended ground clearance, and Shimano’s latest SHADOW ES chain stabilization. Paired with the SW-M8250 shifter, you get ergonomic comfort, customizable shift modes, and crisp actuation with every press.
The FC-M8200 crankset, forged with Shimano’s proven HOLLOWTECH II construction, delivers strength and stiffness optimized for enduro demands. Combine it with the SM-CR86 direct-mount chainring for max compatibility and confidence.
Powering the drivetrain is the compact BT-DN320 battery, safely tucked inside the derailleur, with up to 340 km of runtime per charge. The included EC-EN100 charger ensures recharging is quick and hassle-free.
Rounding out the system, the CS-M8200 cassette delivers a massive gear range with HYPERGLIDE+ shifting that’s lightning fast even under heavy load. The CN-M8100 chain keeps everything running smoothly with enhanced retention and SIL-TEC durability.

Works With
The Shimano Deore XT Di2 M8200 Enduro Drivetrain is backwards compatible with your current Shimano 12-Speed cassette, crankset/chainring, and chain. Compatible models include: XTR M9100 and M9200, Deore XT M8100, SLX M7100, and Deore M6100.
Medium cage (GS) derailleurs are compatible with 45t cassettes and long cage (SGS) derailleurs are compatible with 51t cassettes.
