The Banwood Balance Bike — Pale Mint is the bike that taught a generation of kids to ride. With no pedals to confuse small minds and no training wheels to take off, our balance bike teaches the one skill that matters: balance. The skill that turns into riding, naturally, when they're ready.

Hand-built in Denmark with a powder-coated steel frame, leather saddle, leather grips, and our signature wicker basket, every detail is considered. The geometry is designed by ex-pro cyclists for kids aged 2.5-5 years — low enough that little feet always touch the ground, light enough that they can pick it up themselves, and built strong enough to be passed down to a younger sibling.
