INSTALLATION:
- Install time is approx 1-2 hours with 2 people. Detailed instructions included.
- Annex room zips on after the tent has been installed.
- All necessary spikes included.
- All necessary hardware included (even the tools) to mount to most all roof racks (using the custom extruded aluminum channel system).
- The ideal mounting height for the tent would be 76″-78″ above the ground to allow for the ladder to extend and annex to hang to the ground.
Tent mounts slide In the lower mounting rail to accommodate any crossbars (left to right on the vehicle) with a spread of up to 52". We recommend your crossbars (left to right) are no more than 45" apart for optimal support. The included lower brackets will accept up to a 3.25" wide crossbar. Max width of your crossbar should be 3.25" or less so there are no modifications needed to use the provided brackets. If your crossbars are wider than 3.25" you will need to purchase brackets from another source or have them manufactured for you.
Installation Notes:
- Your vehicle must have crossbars (left to right) that can accept 150+ lbs, and your crossbars should be at least 32.5" apart for proper support.
- Pickup trucks: We strongly recommend the use of a truck bed rack. We do not recommend the Ranger tents be placed directly on the roof of a truck.
- If fabricating your own mounting rails, wait until you receive your tent. It's the rare occasion that someone guesses the measurements right.

Budget Seiko Prospex this is not

Bought this as a cheap work watch, but I guess all the budget went into the solar technology.
No date adjust feature, gotta crank the crown over and over to adjust the date. (Also no screw-down crown, but that's expected at this price)
Fake diver bezel. Lol why? Cringe as heck. Should of just put a compass bezel on there instead tbh.
Cheap plastic crystal, scratches and mars just by looking at it.
Okay NATO strap. Falls apart quickly, but it's easily replaceable with a better quality one.
Decent lume on the hands, but none on the hour markers even though it looks like there is.
Looks cool.

Simplicity

This watch was received exactly as advertised. First off the watch is economical compared to other watches that advertise the same details. I will say that I have gone through numerous Luminox watches only to be disappointed. This watch fits the bill. It does have solar cells which mean it needs to be exposed to light to keep running, not a problem. Three minutes under my surefire light I am golden. The bezel doesn't rotate actually no big deal for me. I have always required that the bezel moves not anymore after having a bezel that rotates I use it next to never. Here's why, the more I rotate the bezel the more the numbers wear off. The strap on the watch with the catches for the strap are perfect. They actually hold the watch strap in place in lieu of like other big name brands that just flop and slide. As far as everyday use goes this watch is my go to. To be honest I have purchased three. This is the only watch I will wear moving forward, yeah the glass my scratch but even the big names like the Luminox I spoke of earlier scratches too.

Quirky, small, and not for everybody

This is an attractive little watch, similar to the older Timex Expedition, but changes have been made.
Like its earlier version, this is a small, light timepiece. The band is something different, with the case being held in place by an elastic insert sewn in. Pro - This watch stays put on the wrist, making it a good work watch. Con - pins will have to come out to remove band or change the battery. Another unique feature is the use of triangle slot retention screws on the back of the case, no doubt requiring a special screwdriver most folks probably don't have on hand. The band Velcro's into place, appears best for small or medium wrists, and stays where one puts it.
In sum, this is a handy and attractive watch that is quite informal in appearance and will require some patience to perform battery changes.
