    This is one of somewhere between 50 and 100 books I have read cover to cover about astral projection, including books written from the 1920s to those currently being written. Silvia's book is in the top 5 of the best of all of them. Her introductory chapters and information are excellent, as are all chapters. This book contains very little superfluous information, but at the same time contains all of the essentials. I have read other books by Silvia and find them extremely well written and insightful. I can highly recommend this book as a first book for those interested in the subject, and also for seasoned individuals and those who are already familiar with the subject.
