Powering the Starfish is a 350W brushless high-speed gear rear hub motor, efficiently matched with a removable 36V 12.5AH lithium battery. This setup enables a maximum travel range of up to 36 miles when utilizing pedal assist, or 20 miles in pure electric mode, with a charging time of 5 to 8 hours. Riders have the choice between pedal assist and on-demand throttle modes. For safety and control, the bike is equipped with a combination braking system—a V-brake on the front and a reliable Disc brake on the rear—paired with a 7-Speed Shimano external gear derailleur, providing performance and versatility for city riding.
