Dann kommt hier dein nächster Trainingsplan! Dein Ziel: Ankommen. Mit viel Spaß und Freude beim Training. Du hast keine fixe Ziel-Zeit vor Augen sondern trainierst mit uns 12 Wochen und holst am Tag X das Beste aus dir raus.

Dieser Trainingsplan ist der richtige für dich, wenn du regelmäßig läufst und du 10 Km (egal in welcher Zeit) am Stück laufen kannst. 
Mit drei- bis vier Trainingseinheiten pro Woche begleiten wir dich über 12 Wochen hin zu deinem persönlichen Halbmarathon. 

Ganz nach unserem Motto "Laufen ist einfach" haben wir den Plan ohne viel Schnick Schnack so simple wie möglich gestaltet. Mit dem Download erhälst du deinen Trainingsplan inkl. einer Erläuterung zu den Trainingsinhalten.

They are about 6 Ft. tall at the top of the curved section but less at the hinged sections. Light and easy to set up and take down. We are straddling two different floors so the extended legs at the bottom make this easy. Not sure how to clean them but they look great so far!
