All plants will be shipped bare root. No pots or soil is included. Every plant is carefully hand selected just for you.Aeoniums are some of the most resilient and stunning succulents. Plants are bare to sparse root. We will take great care to ensure that all the plants purchased from us are packed carefully. All plants will be shipped without pot or soil. Every plant is carefully selected just for you.

We ship on Mondays and Tuesdays to ensure it does not take longer than a week for you to receive your plant and to avoid plants sitting in USPS warehouse over the weekend. It typically takes 3-5 days for the plants to arrive at your home once shipped.

You will receive same plant as the one listed in the photo. Live plants grow differently throughout the year. Plants may arrive taller, shorter, wider, narrower, thicker or less thick based on the season and readiness. Coloring of the plant may also vary from the photo depending on the season (color tends to be more vibrant in the Fall and Spring).

Color of the plant may be slightly different from the photo by the time the plant reaches you. Due to the stress of shipping and being in a box without air or light, the vibrant color shown in the photo may fade slightly. Rest assured, once planted and given sufficient light, the color will return.

We cannot accept returns or exchange once a plant is purchased. However, if you are not satisfied with your plant once you receive it, please contact us immediately.
