Allow these plants to dry out in between waterings as they are naturally epiphytic plants that grow on trees, so they do not like being in wet soil

Monstera adansonii, aka the Swiss Cheese Plant, is a special type of Monstera that grows best in bright indirect light. The fenestrations (holes) in the leaves help these plants filter light down to lower leaves. They grow exceptionally well on a trellis, with their leaves becoming larger as they climb. Allow these plants to dry out in between waterings as they are naturally epiphytic plants that grow on trees, so they do not like being in wet soil for extended periods. Monstera adansonii also propagates very easily, just cut below where an aerial root is growing and place the cutting (ideally with 3 + leaves) in water near a window. It will grow new roots in a few weeks! Fertilize 1-2 times per month during the growing season.
